Most security professionals are overloaded with tools, but what they really need is more focus and leverage. This workshop introduces “vibe hacking,” a practical, hands-on approach to using agentic AI for red, blue, and purple team workflows. It will focus on amplifying human capability by reducing cognitive overhead and helping attendees steer AI toward real-world security tasks like threat identification and remediation. The goal is to augment human judgment and decision-making rather than simply automating it.

Jaime Urteaga is a lifelong hacker, serial entrepreneur, investor, and security and GRC leader. He advises Hacker Sidekick, an agentic AI security tool for hackers, researchers, and defenders, and focuses on using AI to amplify human judgment in security work rather than replace it.
Robert Wagner is an advisory CISO and highly respected security practitioner, advisor, and strategist with over 20 years of experience. His security work spans Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, major universities, and financial institutions. He is a co-founder of the not-for-profit organization Hak4Kidz, serves on the boards of the Chicago ISSA chapter and the Chicago CISO of the Year Committee, and regularly volunteers for hacker cons including Bsides312, BlueTeamCon, and others.
